What's the Roof Maintenance Plan?
Most homeowners only think about their roof when something goes wrong. By then it's a leak, a claim, or a replacement. The Roof Maintenance Plan is one annual visit from our team. We climb your roof, inspect the full system, handle minor repairs and touch-ups on the spot, and leave you with a written report.
Whether you have a brand new roof you want to protect or an older roof that needs extra eyes on it, this plan is for you.

How It Works
1
Schedule your free inspection Use the form on our home page or call 404-530-9150. We'll come out at no cost and assess your roof.
2
Sign up on the spot If you want the plan, sign up during the inspection. Our crew rolls right into the maintenance work that same visit. No second appointment to schedule.
3
We handle it from there Annual visits, priority scheduling, and a real report each year. You don't think about your roof. We do.
Why This Matters
Insurance carriers in Georgia are tightening up. They use satellite imagery to flag aging roofs, algae streaking, and granule loss, and they send non-renewal notices without warning. A documented annual inspection is your evidence that the roof is being maintained.
A maintenance plan is also the cheapest form of protection against the work that catches homeowners off guard. Small issues caught early stay small. Issues missed for years become claims, replacements, or interior damage you didn't plan for.
This plan isn't for the worst-case scenario. It's the way you avoid one.
Straight Talk
We are not selling a service contract designed to keep billing you forever. The plan is $399 a year, includes the work above, and that's it. We are not going to use the visit to upsell you a roof you don't need. If your roof is in good shape, we tell you that. If it isn't, we tell you that too.
If you decide the plan isn't for you after the inspection, that's fine. The inspection was free either way.

Roof Maintenance Plan FAQ
1. How much does the Roof Maintenance Plan cost?
$399 per year. That covers one annual visit, the full inspection, photo documentation, written report, visual gutter check, debris removal, and minor repairs and touch-ups on the spot.
2. What counts as a minor repair vs a major repair?
Anything our crew can handle on the spot during the visit is included. Sealing flashing, replacing a few shingles, securing loose ridge cap, small leak fixes around penetrations. If the issue is larger and needs additional materials, time, or scope, we quote it separately before any work begins. You always know the cost first.
3. What if my roof needs work beyond what the plan covers?
We give you a written quote on the spot when possible. There's no obligation to use us for the additional work. If you do, repairs and replacements are handled by the same GAF Certified team that does our full installations.
4. When does the visit happen?
We schedule the maintenance visit at a time that works for you. For roofs that came through a storm season, we recommend a fall or post-storm visit. For new roofs, the visit can happen any time during the year. Plan members get priority scheduling.
5. Do I have to sign up during the free inspection?
No. The free inspection is free either way. If you want to sign up during the visit, our crew can roll right into the maintenance work that same day. If you want to think about it, that's fine.
6. Does the plan automatically renew?
The plan is billed annually. We'll reach out before your renewal date to confirm. You can cancel any time before renewal.
7. Is the plan worth it for a new roof?
Yes. The first ten years are when small issues are easiest and cheapest to address. A maintenance plan also gives you documentation insurance carriers want to see and protects manufacturer warranties that can be voided by neglect.
8. What if you find something serious during the visit?
We give you a written report with what we found, what it means, and what your options are. There is no high-pressure pitch.
