28 Residential is the residential roofing division of Twenty Eight Construction Corp, an Atlanta-based construction company with over 15 years of experience in the construction and rehabilitation industry. We launched 28 Residential to bring the same standards we apply to larger commercial projects -- real project management, real insurance, real warranties -- to homeowners in the Atlanta metro area.
Most residential roofing in Atlanta is done by small operations with no permanent infrastructure. We are built differently. Permanent local office. Experienced GAF-certified crews. And a parent company with the resources to stand behind every job we do.
Our Founder
28 Residential was built by Andrew Bennett, CEO and founder of Twenty Eight Construction Corp. Born in Coventry, UK, Andrew came to America and built a 15-year career in construction and rehabilitation on a foundation of transparency, accountability, and delivering work that holds up -- not just on the day of completion, but years down the line.
